If you know the area, chances are you can get through without getting stopped.
Before driving, check the fuel...lack of DC voltage can stop the trip, and set you to 'mechanicin' instead of gettin' fuel in thar.
Also check the oil...if you're iron tip is too hot or cold, this can lead to stoppages caused by internal engine problems...not good.
Learn where the 'school zones' are, these smaller resistors can be 'gotchas', and often follow the book to the letter on the 10% +/- tolerance.
Very large resistors...*Sometimes you can do some serious violation of the 'speed laws' ['resistance values'] on those stretches of the pathway...sometimes you can't. Find out where the 'speed zones' are.
Know your intersections, around the DC area, there are some convoluted, and 'folded' intersections...be sure you know them well, call the DMM and ask 'Is the pathway clear?'...is that path ACTUALLY passable? How much resistance should I expect and how much resistance ACTUALLY is on that path? Find Out.
Newer drivers get more tickets....'statistically' speaking...YMMV
This is just an analogy of how if you follow ALL the Rules, and maintain your car, [drive something 'decent'] chances are you won't get stopped so much.
To know the rules you have to study 'the book'.
And as always:  Have a Great Build !!!
Convention creates following, following creates convention.
