Tychobrahe octavia's transformer

Hi to all.
I want to wind the transformer for tychobrahe octavia, and the guy who will do the job asked me:
The primary has impedance 750r on left wire + 0 on midlle + 750r on right, or 1k5 + 0 + 1k5?
The secondary has impedance of 250r + 0 + 250r or 500r + 0 + 500r?
The secondary can have only two wires?
