I have seen lots of schematics showing how to hookup a +9V supply to a 3PDT for an LED indicator, but nothing on how to hook up the LED to the 3PDT when using +/-15V bipolar supply.

Any suggestions?

If this is a FAQ, I apologize.

it would be just like hooking the LED up with a single 9V supply. just runthe LED between +15v and ground.

HOWEVER, make sure you take into account that the current limiting resistor will need to be larger. if you have it the same as for 9V then you could fry the LED

Johnny G is right, just double the resistorwhen it goes to +15 instead of +9.
