I found this in the Film Tech site, containing surround sound, noise reduction and delay.

Any ideas on the proprietry ICs?

well, the delay is MN3005,
which ICs are you looking for?
most are listed after page 30 (schematics/part lists)

No, I was thinking of those in the Noise Reduction - possibly SSM 2120 but with no pin out indication, not so easy!
