Debugging the Small Clone Chorus

I built Tonepad's Small Clone a couple of months ago, but have been having problems lately.
Originally, I was getting a POP when switching the effect on/off, but that wasn't a big deal.

Then, the chorus effect stopped working, and instead just got noise (no signal at all) like a low wind blowing.
Then that stopped and now I have nothing.

I'm wondering if the voltage swings during the on/off POP knocked out one of the IC's.

Anybody know where I could possibly start looking for problems? i.e. voltages to measure?

First I would try bypassing the Stomp switch and also check for bad solder joints.
