3.3 uF poly film cap at mouser?

well I stumbled across this schematic for the Fooltone Fat-Boost: http://kickme.to/fatboost/

I want to build it, and the circuit calls for a 3.3 uF capacitor, what i assume to be a poly film because there is no poles indicated.

I cant find anything that looks right on mouser, everything is rated for 250V and is HUGE. and what seems appropriate I would need to buy in bulk (hundreds more than I'll need)

can somebody help me find the part on mouser? or would 250V/whatever be ok? keep in mind this has to fit in a tiny enclosure.

There are aluminum electrolytic bi-polar/non-polar caps:

You can also use a 1uf film for that cap for a "less heavy sound".
