Small Clone rate LED

Is there a way to make a Blue LED blink with the Rate?   The voltage at pin 1 of the LM358 is only about 1.3v and won't turn on a Blue LED.

Thanks.  I will give that a try.

I ran mine from pin 1 of the IC (make sure you orient the LED right) to the input jack ground.  Used a low voltage LED from Radio shack (2.1Volts).  Works extremely well.
