What is the difference between "Ultra Mini" trimmers and "High Rel"


The place I am going only has my value I need in High Rel.  They look the same.  Are they?

Circuit Specialists, eh?

I used the "High Rel" trimmers in my fuzz face.  They worked fine.  I'm ***GUESSING***  "Rel" means reliability, but if someone else knows better please correct me.
