Im pretty sure I already know the answer to this, but im fixing my friends little GK guitar amp.  It blows fuses sometimes when you turn the amp on when it has been off for a while. IM guessing it is leaky Filter caps. what do you guys think????

Is that solid state or tube?

My AC-15 was blowing fuses when the rectifier tube needed replacing.
