wow, after like 2 months of trying, i built some working stompboxes! i just (literaly, i just tested it upstairs) built an LPB2 and it sounds great!  it distorts just barely at the highest setting, but its a very small amount of dirt that is good if you want an acoustic sound that isnt JUST perfectly clean.  if you put this before or after the punch-in-the-face that i built like 2 days ago, it sounds CRAZY! death by audio doesnt KNOW what total sonic ahnialation is, because i promise you, TSA is the sound that comes from my amp w/ a booster and a punch-in-th-face.  thanks for all the help guys! now i can get past these beginner projects and get going on what i REALLY want to build: a small stone.
