Concentric Knobs?

Does anyone know where to get the dual concentric knobs that are used on some boss pedals?  I just picked up a pretty good condition Boss PQ-4 but it's missing two sets of the dual knobs.  I might just have to rip them off a crapped up bass synth pedal if I can find one cheap enough.

I don't know if they are suitable but I've seen Warmoth deal with concentric knobs for guitars.

Call me crazy, but maybe you could get them from a Roland repair centre!
