any news on the shells yet? I bet that would go over huge!
"I think somebody should come up with a way to breed a very large shrimp. That way, you could ride him, then after you camped at night, you could eat him. How about it, science?"

aron

Would it?

I need to ask how much people are willing to pay for something like this.

The shipping was INSANE!  Much more than the product itself.  I will ask about alternate shipping methods, but it was really high.

jdjonsson

Oh yeah, I'd buy at least one. Maybe 2.

Triffid

I'd buy a handfull, 3-4

littlegreiger

I'd probably buy two or three.

Me, too.

Ringwraith

I'm interested as well depending on the price.
Probably 2 or 3 at least.

Are these the Line6 expression shells?

aron

These are the Bespeco volume pedals. I'm wondering how the Behringer wahs will work - those might be cheaper and usable.

travissk

Behringer seems to have raised the MSRP's on their stompboxes, including the Hellbabe wah. The wah is suggested to retail for $45, though their MSRPs are of course higher than what they'll be in stores (30% off list! BUY NOW AND SAVE!)

Prior to this, the wah was $30 on preorder at a couple sites. Music123 has taken it down, so who knows how much it will retail for...

Sadly, I highly doubt it's metal, although I have a V-AMP2 and it's built pretty solidly.

aron

The Bespeco ones are plastic I think....

travissk

They are; I've got one back home that I keep forgetting to bring back here to school. They seem pretty sturdy for being plastic.

Behringer makes a volume pedal too (plastic, of course):

MSRP = $35, Musician's Friend carries it for $25. Gets pretty mediocre reviews, and I can't tell how much room there would be to mount electronics, so I've been avoiding it so far.

mrsage

I'd probably be interested in at least one or two.

ninoman123

Yeah I'd take one.

The Gotcha Guys

I'd buy a few at $20 a piece

didn't "rogue" have a volume pedal, platic case for like $15-20?

aron

We should try this one.

Thanks!

Here's a Rogue Wah on Musicians Friend for $16.99:

I wonder how sturdy the shell really is?
