Cool Joshua,  That thing you marked in the first pic is a spring reverb I think.

You may know this...but just in case:  One of the reverb springs is missing...and it is the one that has the transducers (driver & pick-up coils). So for starters....move the one spring to the other position.  It WILL work with one spring...if all else in the circuit is OK.  It just won't be as deep.  That would be the first step in diagnosing.

yeah i know i need to test each piece of the unit.... if don't work , is a good source for : germanium transistors, tropical caps, pot's etc...

i like to restore complete, i know this going to take long time hehe

btw if i can founf the original schematics is better

the power supply is dead
some pot's fails ( 4 )
1 jack fails
6 germaniun transistors are dead ( hard to find here )
all tropical caps are ok!
all mosfet are dead  :?
