[Big Muff] Volume pot does nothing...

Hi all,
I've finished my BM e few days ago.
I get a distorted sound on the output, but the volume pot does nothing.
I measured it with a DMM and it seems to work correctly.
Any ideas?
I'll post Q voltages if necessary ;-)

I believe that you wired your pot wrong.

I'll double-check it but I don't think so...
there are not a lot of ways to wire it ;-)

Does the rest of the circuit work?
From what you said, it sounds like it does, and the volume pot isn't varying the volume level. Is this the case - the "distortion sound" is the kind that you want (the BMP sound)?

If this is the case, I'd re-check the volume pot wiring.

Battery: 7.8V

My pot wiring is good.
Are those voltages correct?
