I've got parts for a PNP Rangemaster (neg grd) and PNP Boutique Fuzz on the plate and plan to do the RM first for the sake of simplicity.  I'm still a little bit unsure between the relationship of Transistor type, polarity and ground (+/-).

How should a circuit be configured in order to accomodate a Boss adapter?  I assume the ground should be negative but what about the supply voltage?  I have read varying opinions about changing the polarity of Ge circuits.  Do either of these circuits pose oscillation problems?  Also, I'm not as keen on batteries because I sometimes forget to unplug the pedal jacks.

Thanks,

Jason
