Every time I build a discrete components drive circuit I get this unpleasant dirt/noise/shhh/spikes/etc, espwcially of high frequencies "around" the sound... (this isn't my native languege so I hopw you got my point)... why is this?

It's not anything inherent in the discrete parts versus ICs if that's what you're asking. Every circuit is different. Integrated circuits are made from the same parts as discrete ones - transistors, diodes, wires, resistors, caps, and so on. It's what you do with them that matters.

In response to the questions in the forum - PCB Layout for Musical Effects is available from The Book Patch. Search "PCB Layout" and it ought to appear.

Well, it happens mainly with BJTs in FF like crkt (yes, even with low hfe) but also with FETs in a wide range of gain stage combinations.
