I recieved my Mini Booster Board from Jack today transistors from Aron. However Jack's board can either do buffered or unbuffered. This will be driving into a modded Boss SD-1 from a Crybaby. should I build the unbuffered or buffered ??

Both...
 I think you should at least try both, and put a switch for one or the other..[I think you'll need to add one more output cap...maybe some pulldowns].

Build the unbuffered version.  It is fine for driving into the Boss.
