I built the Netron with NSL32s (the Silonex optocouplers). It's MOSTLY working, although most of the settings seem far too sensitive and ripply.  I started with a 5k trimp pot for Rx and now have it cranked with another 5k resistor in series with it - as I increase the value of Rx, it seems to be getting better -does this sound right?  Has anyone else used the NSL32s?  Any tips on getting this thing under control?
