Tonepad Wah Question

Hi guys,

I just finished building the board for Tonepad wah.
Now, I am stuck....

This project sheet has DPDT switch wired directly to the board.
I am not quite sure how I should go about wiring the input and output jack when using this layout.

I am just used to wiring the tips of both input and output jack to the lugs on the switch and on/off would be switched right on the switch.

As a novice, I have a hard time following the traces on the board and the diagram on the sheet.  Just had two pills of Tylenol cuz of the headache...haha

All you experts out there....I hereby request your kind help.

the dpdt switch on the layout is a mod to switch wah/volume.

in the the fx section u should find the offboard wiring layouts.
