Does epoxy conduct?

A quick question so I don't find out the hard way.  Does epoxy conduct?

In general, no. There are conductive epoxies which consist of the non-conductive basic goop mixed with lots of conductive fibers so that it appears that the stuff conducts. These are rare, special and hard to find.

For normal epoxies, the correct answer is as stated - no.

"silver epoxy" beside being rare and hard to find, they're EXPENSIVE!
