Don't know if this has already been discussed on the forum but anyway:

Behringer appears to have reacted to the BOSS lawsuite by changing the look of their new stompbox line. The new look is more rounded and no longer identical to the shape of the BOSS boxes. They have also removed all references to BOSS and other products in the stompbox descriptions. There are now very clear statements on the website that the producs are Behringer products and nothing else, and that the products shown before were prototypes only.

Hope this settles the lawsuit matter and that it means that the new cheap line of Behringer stompboxes will hit the market on time. I've certainly got my eyes fixed on that cheap stomp-tuner...

Remember, you heard the suggestion first HERE, at DIYstompboxes.

...well...the "Vintage Distortion" and "Vintage Phaser " still look almost identical to their Electro-Harmonix counterparts...

Behringer is continuing to attempt to trade on another companies "trade dress".

it figures.
