i just want low end for my subs....   a low pass i would presume....

i want it to be at about 150 hz...

Rod Elliot's ESP (I do believe that stands for Elliot Sound Products) site has a whole batch of relevant projects with schematics posted, though no board layouts.  There are several active crossover circuits to choose from and formulae available.
