I want to change tone of the pickup of my guitar

HI!

I want to change the tone of the pckup of my guitar.
I have a seymour duncan SH-4, I find that the sound less brightness , presence.

How can I change that,

I tried to change the capacitor which is solder to the tone's pot but It's not concluding.

Try changing the volume pot.  If you want more presence out of it, try a 1Meg pot.  If you want less, try 250K or 300K.  This all assumes you have a 500K now.

Check to see if the pot is really 500K.  If not, get a new pot.  A lot of inexpensive pots are short of their intended value.  Also, you could try at high pass filter on the pot.  Guitar nuts describes this, but I've found that a 130K resistor in series with a .001uF cap works better than just a cap.
