can I use BF245 instead of 2N5457 or J201?

I was cross referencing those fets and the 2N5457 is just a little brother to the 2N5458 and even bigger brother 2N5459 which,the 2N5459,shows an equivalance to the BF244B which is a slightly lower version of the BF245B.Maybe then they might work but may require lower resistances.Maybe 3.3k for R17 and a 250k  pot as R13 but without setting the characteristic charts I'm just guessing really.If J-fets are as similar to tubes as people say they are then you should be okay cause I've done work with tubes and its simple to sub different tubes with a page of plate characteristic graphs to do the biasing.

Thanks sean, and whitout changing resistances and pot, what Jfet can I use instead 2N5457 or J201? In my place they can't be reached.

I have a MPF102 in mine. Use sockets for the fet and try several.

Careful of the pinout though ...

... I socketed all of mine and the differences between abut 6 types didnt seem to be that much.

From the books

 2N5457 = 2SK246.2SK330
 J201 = BFW13,2N4338
and this is interesting
MPF103 = BF244,BF245,2N5457

 so really I suppose you could just go and use the BF 244's and see what happens.
