HOw does that one work, I can't seem to find it.
A diode that stabilizes FF or TB transistor against temperature drift.
I have a TB, sounds just great...but tends toward self oscillation occasionally.
I rectified' this temporarily using a battery with less voltage...It was on one at about 12v-13v, then I used a 'regular' rechargable at about 8v, and the oscillation stopped.
I'd like to get this TB to hold bias better...anyone remember what kind and orientation that little diode trick was ?
