OT: Inside pics of the Sovtek MIG that I just bought

Here is the insides of the MIG 60 I bought last week.  Retubed/biased with some NOS Siemans EL34's it and cleaned the potntiometers.

nice!     completely different than the guts of my mig 100 but still great tone.   I've had that amp since 93 and wouldn't trade it for anything.

At first I misread your post topic...I read "the Soviet MiG I bought." ;)

Entirely possible these days...I saw a MiG-29 on eBay for 3.3 Million (albeit stripped down).   :shock:

 What is that board in front of the output jacks? Looks like an insulator, and separates the jack section, I don't see wires or traces on it.

Yeah, it looks like it just separates the HV stuff from the speaker outs, so you don't get high voltage directly on the tip of the speaker plug.
