Question about small bear inkjet stock....confusing...

hmm...When I try to print (it's printing on the glossy side) I just get small bubbles of ink...it won't go into the page like a normal piece of paper...is this normal? I just removed it from the package, and printed on it...

Edit: I am unsing an inkjet printer, and I tried it set to Premium Inkjet Transparency, Normal Paper, and Premium Inkjet Photo stock.

I had the same problem first time I usesd it also, but I didn't select a paper type.  The next time I selected Glossy Photo Paper in the print preferences and it came out nice and smooth.
