Is this possible?  Or am I getting multiple snickers right now...

I've TB'd my guitar Crybaby, but I play bass too and wonder how much tone my bass wah is sucking away from my 70's SVT...

It's probably sucking just as much tone are the Crybaby for the regular guitar.  The only difference between the GCB-95 and GBC-100 (Crybaby Bass) is that the 0.01uF "sweep" capacitor on the 95 is replaced by a 0.068uF in the 100.

The conversion to TB should work just the same as it did in the regular guitar Crybaby.

The switching is different on the two.

Crybabys use a stompswitch.  The Bass Wahs are spring-loaded to be %^&*ed back.  When you step forward, the wah is engaged.  No stompswitch involved.

Doesn't it still have a hole where the stomp would have been?  I thought I saw that on all the dunlop chassis...anyway, you probably could figure out the wiring and convert it to a stomp-based wah, and then have the true bypass...but having it auto-engage is probably pretty sweet...
