Anyone built a millenium bypass?

What parts are involved?

Yes.

An LED, 1k resistor, a 2N5484, a 1n4148 and some wire.

You DID read everything at www.geofex.com, right?  And search the archives?  This one has pretty much been covered to death in the past 5 years.
