Has anyone used Pad2Pad for their PCB's? They offer a similar service as ExpressPCB (free custom software with integrated pricing). The prices look good and you're not restricted by the miniboard limitations at ExpressPCB, trying to squeeze a design on a 2.5" X 3.8" footprint.
