I want to add an expression pedal to my trem/pan. Before I shell out the $$ for a nice EB Im wondering what the 'stock' value is and whether or not it can be changed without destroying the unit. Ive seen some EBs that specify that they are 250K - but not as a rule.

Or maybe Ill just buy one of the plastic junkers and try to 'tread lightly'.

The trem/pan schem shows a 10K pot for the speed control.

It varies.  Line 6 and BOSS are 10k.  Moog is 100k.  Many volume pedals are 250k or 500k.

;)

Just take a scope to it.  You can easily change the pot in there, though, it's been done.
