oc44 pinout

ok, i'm new to effects, tonight me and a friend are going to be building dalas rangemasters i have a seemingly stupid question what is the pinout of the oc44, there is a red dot on one side of the transistor is that side the collector, base or emitter?  my guess the middle pin is the base, the red is the collector and the other pin is the emitter am i correct?
