No, but I have always thought that the blue paisley Strat that I saw in a book that allegedly belonged to "The Who" was the coolest thing ever!

You know the original Paisley Fenders used wall paper that was lacquered over. That would work on boxes also, and possibly easier to add labels and graphics to. Just print out the whole deal on a sheet of 24 lb. paper and done. Some clear coatings will soak in more than others and darken the colors.

hey, what glue have you used for glueing the shirt on the box?

I actually used TiteBond, a wood glue. Once the lacquer sanding sealer is put on, it pretty much makes things permanent. I think you could really use almost any kind of glue. The only thing to watch out for is it oozing thru the material - it takes just the right amount of glue to make it work right.
