Anyone built the Penfold Ringmod?

I found an article about the Penfold Ringmod. It's a ring mod with a system that track the guitar singal and changes the carrier frequency relative to the input picth. It sounds very interesting has anyone built this?

If memory serves, that would be the "Light Metal" from Practical Electronics, right?

Yes, that's the one. I found some scans of the article here.
These scans are not so clear.  wish I could find a better copy. The parts markings on the schematic are not legible and the PCB layout is missing.
The pitch to voltage converter is taken from the article posted on your site, thank you very much.

Given the similarities in the design, and how hard I worked to make a decent scan, if there are any blurry parts in the photobucket copy, you might consider consulting the article I posted if there are component values, etc, that are ambiguous.
