This has been answered a hundred times I know but what are the pinouts for a J201 and is that as good as a NTE458 or is there a 2N # that you can buy that is good as a NTE458......are they like the MPF 102
practice cause time does not stop...

same pinout as th mpf102.  drain and source are reversable.

just go to mouser and search for j201... pull up the data sheet`
