Stereo Headphone Amp

Are there any schematics, or better yet (for my time issues) buyable PCBs for a headphone amp with stereo in and out?

What I, for dubbing stuff in my bands makeshift studio, is to buffer/amplify the signal that comes out of my computers 1/8th inch output so I can push it through a 30ft cable to headphones without losing much.  As it is - it loses a lot of volume and highend (volume being the most important part..)

Anything out there that I can perf up easy - or an orderable PCB?  I just don't have time to do any more than drop parts in and get it boxed...

Anything relatively cheap that I could straight order to do the job?  I suppose any stereo with a headphone jack would do it - but I really would like a small box. Thanks!
