Torchy's Tube Reamer Layout/Mods

I was checking around for Torchy's layout and mods for the tube reamer, but I couldn't find them.  Maybe I'm just stupid.  Anyway, could anyone tell me where they're located?

correct me if I'm wrong, but I think torchy pulled his layouts and didn't put them back up...
