I want to build a copy of my Vox AC-1 in pedal form but can't seem to find the transistor and IC for sale anywhere, they are: C3198 (NPN GENERAL SWITCHING TRANSISTOR) and KIA6213S (BIPOLAR LINEAR INTEGRATED CIRCUIT (AUDIO POWER AMPLIFIER)).  Any help would be appreciated.

thanks,
Daniel

(NPN GENERAL SWITCHING TRANSISTOR) Sounds like a Gpurpose switching Si...
 2n3904, 2n5088 [probly lower noise]
If these are buffers, exactly which transistor [NPN Si] you choose won't make or break the tone [little difference, if any except 2n5089 might exhibit lower noise cahracteristic than 3904].
(BIPOLAR LINEAR INTEGRATED CIRCUIT (AUDIO POWER AMPLIFIER)).
 Here's one:
 http://www.nteinc.com/specs/1400to1499/NTE1465.html
 But now tht I'm looking I see it's a '9 lead in a row' thing...yours is '4 lead per side'?...like a standard dual?
I'm not so good, but trying to read the data sheet here, looks like a single opamp, with HF trim leads, sort of like an LM308 [a la 'Rat'].
You wouldn't happen to have a schematic?
Convention creates following, following creates convention.

Yes, it's a single line IC. The spec sheet is easily found online, but I just can't find a place that sells them.  I suppose I could substitute the transistor.
