Would changing the Ross comp's input cap from .01 to 0.1 increase its bass response? Any other changes that might help increase bass response?

Yes. As well as an output cap. AFAIK/remember..You shouldnt notice a HUGE difference though. I mess with those changes w most my effects depending on the amp or set up im using.
