Converting 9volts to 18 volts

I´m using a Fulltone OCD and a AnalogMan Bi-Chorus that both can be run at 18 volts. However, my power supply only has 9volts outs. Is it possible to build a converter to put between the pover supply and the pedals? The OCD and Bi-Chorus both have a low power consumption (if i remember correctly around 10 milliamps together).

I think RG came up with a schem for 9->18 conversion using the MAX1044 chip, so it's at AMZ above.
Also BigMan's gallery above has a veroboard layout for it, it works fine, but
will only provide between 20-40ma  !!
I ran a "Mutron III" from it ( just ) with a few problems, may be enough for your needs though
