Solasound FUZZPHAZE

HI I'm in the process of "rejuvenating" one of my favourite pedals.
A Solasound FUZZPHAZE.

Does anyone have info on these pedals?
Closet one I find any mention of is a Colorsound version (Fuzz phazer).
Colorsound was solasound from what I can work out.
But the colorsound fuzz phazer looks different to mine.  
Mine has the base with the "wah" pedal and switch on top at the front(for the Fuzz) another under the "wah" pedal for the "PHAZE", and 3 more below it on the top surface beside the "wah" pedal.


This pedal has a really FAT fuzz sound, and the variable phaser section sounds awsome.
