 Excellent acces to components and info about them
 Excellent Sites with comprehensive studies of these devices
 Great ideas from those who 'pioneered' in the 'early days' to the ones just around the corner from being discovered.
 To the EE's and 'guru's' who can determine, amazingly, from printed text, what's actually happening electronicaly, mechanically, in *your circuit and how to optimize it's performance, redesign it, or build something else from scratch.
 To the newbs who bring cohesiveness to the group by bringing up 'daily elementals' which other, even newbier newbs can read right off the byosb thread page, sometimes causing the elementals to be re-looked at by more experienced circuit workers to the point of a prompted discovery.
 The events are endearing because of the sharing of ideas and knowledge.
