Tech question; need a schematic for..

 a simple crossover divider that x-overs anywhere near 300-600 Hz and will give one inverted and one non-inverted output,  that can be fed into 2 separate occillators which need to stay 180 dgrees  "out of sync with each other.

any help will be appreciated and/or compensated.
