Please do not use Paypal's dispute resolution.
If this type of thing continues I will be forced to charge for delivery confirmation on every order and this will impact everyone across the board just because a few people do not work with me regarding lost items.
Look at what I had to deal with:
The customer orders 1 yellow dunlop, doesn't pay for shipping (but I send it anyway!), and gives me a suspicious address:

Then reports to paypal that he didn't receive the item.
Here's his explanation which I don't totally understand either.
"Hello. I need my money regrero, since eh had the merchandise in my hands... I do not wait for quick answer... Thanks Hola.. necesito mi dinero de regrero , ya que no eh tenido la mercancia en mis manos... espero pronta respuesta... Gracias"
