Torchy has allowed me to host his vero layouts so all of us can access them, a few are up already and the rest should be up by the end of the week. Here is the address:

Please note that there are folders in there called "vti_cnf" or something like that -- for some reason Frontpage installs that in my directories for the webpages to work. There is nothing in there to view however.
