SOT: Anyone know where to get short DC cables?

I have a pedal power unit and have lost some of the short DC patch cables that came with it. Anyone know where to find these?

Go on the web, find the company that makes the unit and e-mail them to inquire about new cables.   Or make your own cables.  You should be able to get everything from RShack. 

There are entirely too many different types of cables for any one store to stock.  If there is such a store it would be along the lines of "Batteries Plus" or something like that.  every now and then you can find some of those cables at a Ultimate Electronics or Best Buy, but I doubt they will have much of a selection. 

Ultimate Electronics will make you new cables I think, if you don't want to do it yourself, but it will cost you a premium.
