Help me identify this PCB!

I found this PCB in a box of old stuff from about 10 years ago. No identifying marking on it, and I'm at a loss how to figure out exactly what it is so I can build it. It's obviously some sort of opamp based distortion/fuzz circuit, but without the component list I have no idea what to populate it with. Hoping someone here can help me identify it!

Isuspect the 3+3 diode complement provided the first clue.

I dunno... I kind of like it when the trick is revealed. For me, that's the bit where the magician shows how clever they've been and everyone else goes "Oh! Yeah! Of course!"

Which is exactly what I'm feeling now...,)
