thunderhead

hi everybody,
after reading about the thunderhead, i built the hog´s foot and then the fat boost and then a bass boost with a lm741 that was posted on the german forum, but i´m not quite happy. the fat boost is very ok though, i´ll box it up and use it, but for what´s going on inside the thunderhead ...any bass (or non-bass) diy-o have a clue ??

Just where did you read about this thunderhead? It wasn't here, unless you're misspelling thunderchief. I tried the search function and nothing came out of "thunderhead".

i read about it in guitar world´s bass guitar magazine, it is a bass booster pedal by frantone.

Ah, I see. I've never seen any of Fran's circuits dissected here, much to her relief I'm sure.

Could be a version 1 hogs foot bass booster with a volume pot tagged on the end.
