Switchable TS-9 to TS-808

Hi,
I'm about to build my first pedal - Tubescreamer. I was thinking, is it possible to make it switchable between TS9 and TS808 with DPDT switch like on this drawing, bacause the only difference are those two resistors as far as I can see (layout is from tonepad.com)

Yes it's that easy. I did just that. Wouldn't do it again, though. The difference between both is hardly audible, if at all. Much more sense makes the symmetrical/asymmetrical diodes switch.
