Correct me if I'm wrong. Doesn't Smallbear have cap assortments?

PB Wilson

Yes he does. His panasonic, silver mica and electrolytic assortments worked well for me. I also got a rat shack 500 resistor assortment that helped a lot.

For a resistor pack, I would like to see one with the values of 1, 2.2, 4.7 from ohms to M. Maybe a 1.5 and 6.8 to round out the common values.

What I mean is 1ohm, 10ohm, 100ohm, 1k, 10k, 100k, 1M, 2.2ohm, 22ohm, 220ohm, 2.2k, 22k, 220k, 2.2M and so on. Say 20 or 50 each would be a good collection, no?

Good stuff...their metal film resistor pack costs 10$ and has every single value I've ever needed, except for 3.3k.

no one ever

Yep, their cap pack is pretty decent too.

I just bought a resistor pack from sure electronics mentioned above. Comes out to be a penny per resistor with shipping. Good selection of other stuff there as well.
